|Receiving Your Order
When you receive your order, please follow these guidelines:
Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to Snap-it Digital within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.
Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer's packaging. DO NOT fill out the manufacturer's warranty cards until you are absolutely sure you want to keep your merchandise. We cannot accept merchandise for return with completed warranty cards of damaged or missing collateral material. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc until you are completely sure you want to keep the equipment.
Snap-it Digital will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. Our sole responsibility will only be the monetary value of the merchandise.
Return / Exchange Policy
Snap-it Digital is committed to your satisfaction, Should it be necessary to return an item, you may return it for a refund or exchange, excluding any shipping charges, within a period of 7 days (except all Sony products see below), after 7 days please contact the manufacturer directly.
Printers, Scanners, Software, Educational Tapes and Books cannot be returned once opened; if defective please contact the manufacturer directly.
Please note: due to Sony no return policy from dealers, we will not except returns for any Sony product, if defective please contact the manufacturer directly.
Snap-it Digital will not accept returns or exchanges on any product which have been removed from "blister-pack" packaging.
To return an item you must contact Customer Service (via email) for prior approval and obtain an RMA number. All merchandise purchased from Snap-it Digital is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. Merchandise can be returned only if in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and blank warranty cards. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton. Please do not place shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. Ship to us pre-paid. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. Snap-it Digital is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
If any of the above conditions are not met, Snap-it Digital reserves the right either to refuse the return or to charge a restock fee of not less than 15%.
Prices, specifications, and images are subject to change without notice. Snap-it Digital is not responsible for typographical or illustrative errors. Manufacturer rebates, terms, conditions, and expiration dates are subject to manufacturers printed forms.
We ship only within the U.S. via Ups Ground, USPS First Class or USPS Priority.
